- Extended Maternity Leave – Full 12 weeks paid at 100%
- Child Bonding Leave – 100% paid one-week bonding period for all genders toward birth, adoption or child fostering
- Volunteer Paid Time Off – Allows team members to dedicate 24 hours of paid time off per year towards volunteer work in the community
