There’s a new No. 1 on our list of the state’s top real estate agents

Welcome to the gold standard in identifying the highest performers in Hawaii’s residential real estate. In our main list, Hawaii Business lists the Top 100 in Real Estate based on the sales prices of transactions that closed in 2017. We also rank the state’s leaders in the number of transactions and rank the top real estate companies by sales price totals and by number of transactions. And for those who like to see pictures of gorgeous homes, we showcase the most expensive properties sold in the state last year.

This home in Kohanaiki, just north of Kailua-Kona town, was the fifth highest selling property on Hawai‘i Island last year at $12.5 million. It has four bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths that are split between a main residence with dual master suites, and two detached guest suites. The listing and buying agent was Nicole Vincent of Kohanaiki Realty LLC.
