We Were Born with a Helpful Heart
As a health insurer for Hawaiʻi businesses, UHA Health Insurance works closely with employers to create healthy workplaces.

For 25 years, UHA Health Insurance has been working hard to improve the lives of everyone we touch. Whether it’s supporting local non-profits like Aloha Harvest, or sponsoring community events like the Kapiʻolani Radiothon for Kids, caring is at the heart of what we do.

UHA was pleased to contribute a surprise donation of $100,000 to the record total $575,615 raised by our community! Together our community made the event’s 15th anniversary a remarkable milestone, it’s the largest amount raised in the event’s history! | Photo: courtesy of UHA Health Insurance
As a health insurer for Hawaiʻi businesses, we also work closely with employers to create healthy workplaces. Our UHA Work Well team recently assisted Diamond Bakery by providing blood pressure machines and educational materials translated in various languages.

UHA’s donation to Aloha Harvest included a company match incentive for each employee’s contribution. Pictured from left to right: Deborah Leong-Yep, Phil Acosta, Howard Lee, Leslie Pyo, and Roland Manangan. | Photo: courtesy of UHA Health Insurance
Employers, UHA members and the general public are invited to explore all our wellness webinars and resources on the UHA website.

As we mark 25 years of service, we appreciate the relationships we’ve built with our employer groups and the trust placed in us by our community. We look to the future with great optimism and a helpful heart.
