ProsPac Gifts Over $200,000 to Local Nonprofits

ProsPac, a boutique real estate development firm, was established in Honolulu with a desire to create a brighter future for the people of Hawai‘i. As a demonstration of its commitment, the firm delivers a wide array of homes to meet the diverse needs of Hawai‘i residents, from affordable rentals to market condominiums as well as commercial real estate space, all while reinvesting in the communities it serves through corporate giving and support for local organizations.

Most recently, ProsPac donated $100,000 to the Maui Food Bank to support the organization’s work offering immediate relief amid wildfire recovery. The award contributed to the distribution of more than 250,000 pounds of food to emergency shelters. ProsPac also gave $30,000 to the Hawai‘i Resilience Fund at Hawai‘i Community Foundation to help those most affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

To date, ProsPac has donated more than $200,000 to support schools and local nonprofits dedicated to youth development, education, food security, and strengthening the local community.

“Our team is also personally dedicated to volunteering and supporting causes close to their hearts,” added Chen. “We all look for opportunities to get involved, give back, and encourage one another to participate.”

Its team members offer their time and talent to organizations making Hawai‘i a better place for individuals and families, including the Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii, Catholic Charities, Trees for Honolulu’s Future, and more.
