Tell us more about your role at ProsPac.

As vice president, I oversee every part of bringing our projects to life, from pre-development to financing, construction and more. Together with six colleagues, we advance thoughtful community-oriented development in Honolulu.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Honolulu is among the world’s most liveable cities, but it faces a housing demand that exceeds its supply. While challenging, my team is poised to meet the need by creating quality homes for all families.

What has been your greatest success?

In 2021, I led ProsPac through the successful completion of our first mixed-use project in Hawaiʻi called Azure Ala Moana, which delivered 330 condos, 78 affordable units and more than 20,000 square feet of retail space. We were proud to complete the project on schedule and within budget despite the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. We’re only getting started and looking forward to continuing this vital work.

What is your vision for ProsPac?

At ProsPac, we are deeply committed to quality and livability, and Hawai‘i’s values, culture and environment guide our work. With each project, I envision creating more than a place to call home but a place where residents can thrive.

How do you give back to the community?

I believe every child deserves a great future, so I support the Boys & Girls Club of Hawaiʻi by serving on its board. I also oversee ProsPac’s volunteer initiatives and philanthropic contributions, totaling more than $200,000 to nonprofits making a difference in our communities.
