Peter Fukunaga was promoted from Vice President, Real Estate and Investments to Chief Investment Officer & Treasurer, and joins Servco Pacific Inc.’s Executive Committee.

Fukunaga will continue to oversee Servco’s real estate and investment activities, including leading the company’s investment strategy and managing the company’s investment portfolio. His responsibilities have also expanded to include the Treasury function, guiding the company’s path towards continued growth and long-term capital structure.

Since joining Servco in 2016, Fukunaga has held various roles starting with Vice President of Servco Mobility Lab. He was a key leader in launching Hui Car Share, the company’s car share program, and led the growth of the program to over 50 stations and 100 vehicles across the island. Fukunaga then transitioned to Vice President, Real Estate and Investments, building Servco’s investment portfolio to align with our organizational goals, maximize returns, and effectively manage risks.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School.
