As Director of External Affairs, Francis Choe will manage all public relations, communications, marketing, government, and external affairs of Hawaii Employers Council including working with the Council team to coordinate compliance, informational, and educational programs for Council members. He will also monitor, track, and analyze federal, state and county legislation and executive orders, focusing on matters related to employment, labor laws, and compliance issues for Hawaii businesses.
