His partner pushes an unwieldy cart of supplies. They also help with bathrooms in the hotel. “We re-sanitize everything when guests check out,” says Palakiko. That includes mopping lanais and balconies, and cleaning bird droppings off railings. “We’ve got to be really on it.”
