As we pause to reflect on 80 years of our shared journey, we are deeply humbled. Celebrating this milestone, we are reminded that our resilience, adaptability, and unyielding commitment to our community come not solely from within, but from the unwavering dedication of our 800 members. When we consider that only 25% of new businesses reach their 15th anniversary, reaching 80 years is not just our achievement but a testament to the bond we share with all our members.

We extend a special mahalo to our active Charter Members, who have been with us through our entire journey so far: Alexander & Baldwin, Bank of Hawaii, Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc./Hawaiian Electric Company, Castle & Cooke Hawaii, Dole Food Company Hawaii, First Hawaiian Bank, Hawaii Agriculture Research Center, Hawaii Stevedores, Inc., Matson, Inc., and McCabe Hamilton & Renny Co., Ltd. Their steadfast support has been the cornerstone of our collective journey.

As we look to the future, we are inspired by the legacy of those who came before us and laid the foundation for the Hawaii Executive Council. Our next chapter is full of potential as we seek new ways to support our members and make workplaces better in Hawaii. Our collective goal is to remain at the forefront of innovation, addressing employers needs today and for decades to come. Together, we focus on:
