She leads initiatives like organizing girls’ sports events with the NFL at local schools and advocating for Paid Family Leave with organizations such as Moms First. A 2024 Vital Voices Fellow, Aleeka holds an Economics degree from Brown University and has a background as a journalist with The Today Show.
