BOSS Survey and 808 Poll Methodology for Spring 2025

For the BOSS Survey of business owners and executives, 357 random interviews statewide were conducted by Anthology Research from Sept. 11, 2024, to Oct. 29, 2024. This survey used both online and telephone interviews. A sample of this size has a margin of error of +/- 5.19percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.

For the 808 Poll of the general public, 413 surveys were conducted from Sept. 30, 2024, to Oct.9, 2024. Each respondent was screened to ensure they were at least 18 years of age and full-time residents of Hawai‘i. The margin of error for a sample of this size was +/- 4.82 percentage points with a 95% confidence level.
