Reframing is a powerful communication tool that can help move people from entrenched positions to the positive outcome they want to achieve. The workshop will provide practical tools and lessons to help you gain the confidence to communicate clearly and give and receive feedback constructively.
This course can be applied to the Certificate in Professional Communication program.
