It has been an exciting year as we celebrate our 17th year of introducing Help-U-Sell to the Hawaii Real Estate Market. Richard opened the first set-fee based real estate company in Hawaii in February of 2000. At the time it was somewhat a new business model. Selling your home by commission was the way real estate was done. Richard also has a weekly radio talk show at 8:30am on KHVH where he takes phone calls and gives free real estate advise and provides updates on the real estate market in Hawaii.
