Jennifer Tanabe, Partner & Creative Director, Wall-to-Wall Studios Inc.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Jen has helped to launch and cultivate award winning brands for clients such as Hawaii National Bank, Outrigger Hotels and Resorts, Tori Richard, The Surfjack Hotel and Swim Club, Hawaii Visitors and Conventions Bureau, McDonald’s, Bank of America, and Joyful Heart Foundation. She is currently President of the American Advertising Federation Hawaii chapter and serves on the board of directors of Diamond Head Theatre. In 2016, she was named AAF Hawaii’s Advertising Woman of the Year.
Omar Sultan, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Sultan Ventures, XLR8HI, XLR8UH
Omar is an investor, mentor, and community builder who believes innovation is key to shaping the world’s future for the better. Dedicated to empowering innovators, Omar is the co-founder and managing partner of Sultan Ventures and its award-winning XLR8UH program, ranked as one of the top 30 accelerators in the US. Since 2009, Sultan Ventures has driven innovation forward by providing onramps to entrepreneurship and championing visionary entrepreneurs who are improving the way we live and work.
Named one of Hawaii Business Magazine’s 20 for the next 20, Omar has also been recognized along with his brother Tarik as the Hawaii Venture Capital Association’s Investors of the Year.
Stacy Kealohalani Ferreira, Executive Strategy Consultant, Kamehameha Schools
Stacy Kealohalani Ferreira was born and raised in Mililani and currently calls Kakaʻako home. She is a graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa with a BA in Communications and a M.Ed in Education. As an Executive Strategy Consultant with the Kamehameha Schools Strategy & Innovation Division, Stacy’s efforts focus on developing and supporting strategic partnerships and initiatives across the State in the areas of innovation, entrepreneurship, workforce and economic development, alternative education and post-secondary success.

Yasmin Dar Fasi, a proud graduate of Aiea High School, is a full–time businesswoman and full–time mom of three. Yasmin graduated with a B.A. in biology and later received her M.A. in communications from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Medical school was in her future; however, a stroke of luck changed her career path to television news. While pursuing her master’s, she was a traffic anchor and social media reporter for KITV4 morning news. Eventually, she moved to Eugene, Oregon to become the primetime evening anchor for KVAL-TV. After giving birth to her son, she moved back to Honolulu with her husband, Sal Fasi.
For three years, Yasmin was the digital media specialist for Governor David Ige where she managed his social channels and online content for the governor’s website. Today, she is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of RKT Media, a video production company helping local business and non-profits tell their story through creative videos which are produced by professional journalists and videographers.
