Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance
Now taking applications for emerging women leaders
The Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance began in September 2016 and is a 10-month program designed for emerging women leaders who are committed to personal growth, professional impact, and community change. This program further develops management and leadership skills in an effort to increase the representation of women executives in Hawaii. Through facilitated sessions, the cohort will have the opportunity to engage directly with established business professionals and build alliances with fellow Mink Leaders.
This year the program will start in August 2018 and end with a Mink Leader Graduation Ceremony in June 2019. “We strive to continuously improve the program and we’re excited to add new sessions in Change Leadership and partner with HomeStreet Bank to offer a limited number of scholarships geared toward Woman-Owned Small Business and nonprofits,” says Terri Funakoshi, Director of the Patsy T.
