Abe Lee Seminars (ALS) is committed to providing the very best pre-licensing education classes for our community. Students will be taught the principles and practices of real estate in Hawaii. Students who successfully pass the course requirements will be able to take the State Licensing Examination for Real Estate Salesperson.

Grand Opening for Abe Lee Seminars

Abe Lee is the primary instructor and school principal. Abe holds a B.A. in Asian Studies from the University of Hawaii and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Utah specializing in Problem Solving Methods and Critical Thinking Process. Abe has taught thousands of students in various aspects of the real estate business. Abe is also the owner of his own development business specializing in condominium conversion of single-family homes and apartments, and is the BIC for Century 21 iProperties Hawaii, with 140+ agents.
